Directions to soccer fields



Directions start from Russellville and end at the named field(s).  Field names are sorted alphabetically, and cities in which the fields are located are within parentheses.  Be award that some cities may have several locations for soccer fields.  Travel times assume no delays, and should get you to the field(s) 20 to 30 minutes before game time.  If you have corrections to these directions, or fields to add, please forward the information to Joe Stoeckel at joe.stoeckel@mail.atu.edu.

Andrew Crouch Memorial Field (Cabot)

From Interstate 40, take the Beebe/Highway 64 exit (Exit 127), and go about east about 19 miles to the junction of Highway 5.  Take Highway 5 right (south) for 13 miles to Interstate 67/167.  Continue across the interstate until the road turns into Highway 321 East at the stoplight.  Go straight.  Proceed on Highway 321 for approximately 2 miles and turn left onto Kerr Station Road (you will pass a large church on left just before turn).  Turn right onto Panther Trail (immediately before Middle School South).  Follow Panther Trail to fields.  Fields are on right, just after water tower and just before Cabot Junior High South.

Arkansas Kraft Soccer Complex (Morrilton)

From Interstate 40, take the Highway 9 exit in Morrilton (Exit 108) and go south on Highway 9 for about 4 miles, over the Arkansas River.  Turn left immediately after the river bridge on Highway 113 (toward Huston), and go for about 1½ miles just past Highway 154.  The fields are on the right.

Ben Geren Park (Fort Smith)

From Interstate 40, take the Interstate 540 South exit (Exit 7), and go left (south) on Interstate 540 about 11 miles to Zero Street.  Turn left (east) on Zero Street and go about 2½ miles to the entrance of Ben Geren Park.  Turn right into the park.

Bluebird Fields (Little Rock)

From Interstater 40 exit onto I-430 and continue until Exit 9 (Cantrell Road).  Take first exit onto Cantrell Road to head West on Highway 10 (Cantrell Road) 2.5 miles.  Turn right (north) onto Pinnacle Valley Road headed toward Maumelle Park.  Go 1 mile on Pinnacle Valley Road.  Cross the railroad tracks and turn left to go through the gates (through the horse farm).  Bluebird fields are straight past barns at back of property.

Burns Park (North Little Rock)

From Interstate 40, take the Burns Park exit (Exit 150).  Turn right, and then take the first right into Burns Park.  Go for about 1.3 miles and turn left at the "T" into the soccer complex.  There are brown information signs to direct people to the complex.

Collegeville Field (Bryant)

From Interstate 40, turn onto Interstate 430, and then exit on Interstate 30 toward Texarkana.  On 30, exit on Reynolds Road (Exit 123).  Stay on service road (go under bypass).  The field is about ¼ mile from exit and about 300 yards to the right at Collegeville Elementary School.  Field is difficult to see from the service road.

Cricket Field (Cabot)

From Interstate 40, take the Beebe/Highway 64 exit (Exit 127), and go east about 19 miles to the junction of Highway 5.  Take Highway 5 right (south) for 13 miles to Interstate 67/167.  Continue across the interstate until the road turns into Highway 321 East at the stoplight.  Go straight.  One block after the traffic light (next to the Mean Pig restaurant).  Turn left on First Street and follow it for about 1.2 miles.  After crossing a bridge, you will see the Allman/Bevis First Street Sports Complex on your right.  Turn right into sports complex and proceed for 0.3 miles behind the softball fields to the Cricket Soccer Fields.

Dupree Field (Jacksonville)

From Interstate 40, take the Highway 67/Highway 167/Jacksonville exit (Exit 155).  Go north about 7 miles to Jacksonville.  Take the first right (Exit 8) onto Redmond Road.  Go right (east) on Redmond Road for about 0.2 miles and turn right into the park.  Once in the park, turn left after the parking fee booth, and follow the road back to the soccer fields.

First Bank Fields (Conway)

 

From Interstate 40, take the Highway 286/UCA exit (Exit 129), and go right (west) toward Toad Suck and UCA on Dave Ward Road.  About 5 miles later, and just past the Walmart, the 4-lane road turns into a 2-lane road.  Go another 0.6 miles (5.6 miles total) and turn left onto Trey Lane.  Follow the road for 0.7 miles to the soccer fields.

Green Forest Fields

Take Highway 7 north about 84 miles to Harrison.  In Harrison, take Highway 65 north about 5 miles to Highway 62.  Turn left (west) onto Highway 62, and go about 19 miles to Green Forest.  Some fields are to the left off of Tyson Drive, and other (and Tiger Stadium) are to left off of Arch Street.

Greenbrier Fields

From Interstate 40, take the Highway 65/Harrison exit in Conway (Exit 125) and go north (over the overpass) on Highway 65 about 10 miles on Highway to Greenbrier.  At the first light turn left (Wilson Farm Road), and go all the way to the school at the end of the road.

I.C.  (Immaculate Conception, North Little Rock)

From Interstate 40, take the JFK Boulevard/Highway 107 exit in North Little Rock (Exit 153A) and go north (over the overpass) on JFK Boulevard for 3.3 miles.  Turn right at the stoplight at Indian Hills Drive (it's the 7000 block of JFK Boulevard, with the Kroger on the left).  Go into the parking lot of Immaculate Conception School.  The field is behind the school.

Joe Mack Campbell Complex (Jonesboro)

From Interstate 40, take the Highway 64/Beebe/Vilonia exit (Exit 127) in Conway, and go east about 30 miles Highway 67.  Go north on Highway 67 to the Highway 14/Jonesboro exit (Exit 80).  In Waldenburg take Highway 49 North to Highway 63.  Take Highway 63 west (and north) about 4 miles to Dan Avenue.  Turn right on Dan Avenue (at stop light), go for about 1 mile, and turn right into the complex.  The fields are all over the place.

Lady Razorback Stadium and Walker Park Field (Fayetteville)

From Interstate 40, take the Interstate 540 North exit (Exit 12), and go right (north) on Interstate 540 about 58 miles to Fayetteville.  At the Sixth Street/Farmington/U of A/Highway 180 exit (Exit 62) turn right (east) onto Sixth Street.  Go about 1 mile and Lady Razorback Stadium is to your left, and after about 1¾ miles turn right onto South Block Avenue to the Walker Park Fields.

Lakewood (North Little Rock High School, East Campus)

From Interstate 40, take Interstate 167 north to McCain Exit.  Go left (west) on McCain.  At the stoplight just over the overpass, turn left onto Warden Road and stay to right as you approach the "Y" and pass the Target store on your right.  After about ½ mile on Warden Road, turn right into the highschool.  The fields are behind the school.

Lakewood Association Fields (North Little Rock)

From Interstate 40, take Interstate 167 north to McCain Exit.  Go left (west) on McCain.  Follow McCain to Lakewood shopping center and turn right onto road that passes in front of Olive Garden.  Follow straight through Lakewood shopping area to traffic light.  Go straight.  The Lakewood Association fields will be on the right.

Lakewood Park (Lakewood)

From Interstate 40, take the Lakewood exit in North Little Rock (Exit 154) and go north (over the overpass) on Jacksonville Blvd. for about 1/2 mile until you come to a "Y".  Go straight up the hill (this will be North Hills Blvd.) at the "Y" for about a mile until you get to the light at Crestwood Rd. (the first major road past McCain Blvd.).  Turn right at this light.  The ball fields are on the left (north side of Crestwood).  If you hit Fairway Ave.  you've gone to far.

Letain Devore Soccer Complex (Searcy)

From Interstate 40, take the Beebe/Highway 64 exit (Exit 127), and go about east about 31 miles to the junction of Interstate 67/167.  Get on 67/167 North and take the Searcy exit (Exit 44).  Turn left onto South 367, and go over the overpass to the stoplight and turn left on Booth Road.  Take the first right (0.2 miles) onto Higginson Road (just past Bill's Printing).  The complex is ¼ mile ahead on the left.

Lewis/Asbell Fields (Fayetteville)

From Interstate 40, take the Interstate 540 North exit (Exit 12), and go right (north) on Interstate 540 about 58 miles to Fayetteville.  At the Wedington Road/Siloam Springs/Highway 112 Spur exit (Exit 64,) turn right (east) onto Wedington Road and go about ¾ of a mile to Lewis Street.  Turn left (north) on Lewis Street.  Asbell Fields are on the left, and Lewis Fields are on the right.

Maumelle Fields

From Interstate 40, take the Highway 365/Morgan/Maumelle exit (Exit 142).  Turn right toward Maumelle.  Go for about 1 mile and turn left at the "Y" onto Highway 100 (Maumelle Blvd.).  Cross the railroad tracks and take the first right onto Rolling Oaks Drive.  Go to the four-way stop and turn right onto Oak Forest Drive.  The fields are at the end of the road.

Munro Field (Hot Springs)

 

Take Highway 7 into Hot Springs, turn left at the 3rd traffic light onto Spring Street, and then take the first right onto Malvern Avenue.  Go 6+ miles on Malvern (it turns into Business 270) and continue under the Route 270 overpass for about 1/2 mile.  Turn right into the parking lot of the Lake Catherine Footwear Factory and you will see the soccer field entrance on the far left side of the parking lot as you are facing the building.

 

To avoid downtown (coming from Russellville) you can turn left (south) from Highway 7 shortly after entering Hot Springs onto Highway 70B (just past the Old Mill Wedding Chapel).  Go approximately 1 1/2 miles, turn right (west) onto Highway 70 and go for another 1 1/2 miles and turn left onto Business 270 (Malvern Avenue).  Go for 5+ miles and continue under the 270 overpass for about 1/2 mile.  Turn right into the parking lot of the Lake Catherine Footwear Factory and you will see the soccer field entrance on the far left side of the parking lot as you are facing the building.

 

If you are coming from Little Rock, take I-30 west (towards Hot Springs).  Continue on 270 West for 11 miles, where you will see the Hot Springs Soccer sign in front of the Lake Catherine Footwear Factory.  Turn left into the parking lot and you will see the soccer field entrance on the far left side of the parking lot as you are facing the building.

Murray Park Fields (Little Rock)

From Interstate 40, turn onto Interstate 430, and then exit onto Cantrell Road/Highway 10 (Exit 9) and head east toward downtown Little Rock.  After about 4.5 miles you will be headed down a steep hill.  At the base of the hill (5.2 miles) turn left at the first stop light onto Cedar Hill Road.  Go over the overpass for the railroad tracks to the stoplight at Riverfront Drive.  Turn left on Riverfront Drive and go for about 2.4 miles (past the golf course) to the entrance for Murray Park (on the right/south side of the road).  Fields surround the parking areas.

Otter Creek Fields (Little Rock)

From Interstate 40, turn onto Interstate 430, and then exit onto Stagecoach Road/Highway 5 (Exit 1).  Turn right (east) onto Stagecoach Road/Highway 5, go for about 2.5 miles, and then just past Westwood Apartments, turn right into Otter Creek Park.

Riverdale Fields (Little Rock)

From Interstate 40, turn onto Interstate 430, and then exit onto Cantrell Road-Highway 10 (Exit 9) and head east toward downtown Little Rock.  After about 4.5 miles you will be headed down a steep hill.  At the base of the hill (5.2 miles) turn left at the first stop light onto Cedar Hill Road.  Just over the overpass for the railroad tracks take the first left (Brook Road).  The fields are on both sides of the road.

Rogers Youth Center Fields (Rogers)

From Interstate 40, take the Interstate 540 North exit (Exit 12), and go right (north) on Interstate 540 about 66 miles to the Highway 71 junction.  Take Highway 71 north to Rogers, and exit on the Highway 71B/Highway 12/Walnut Street exit.  Go right (east) to Fourth Street and turn left.  The fields are on the left.

Leave 2½ hours before game time

Sherwood - Sports Complex

Take I-167 North to Kiehl Avenue.  Go west on Kiehl Avenue to intersection with Highway 107.  Turn right onto Highway 107 North.  Look for Sports Complex sign and turn left onto Bear Paw Road.  Follow Bear Paw Road to the very end.  You will pass a football stadium, Sylvan Hills High School and several baseball fields on the left.  Follow through parking lots to the very end to get to the soccer fields.

Toad Suck Field (Conway)

Follow Highway 64 West (Oak Street) through downtown proceeding through several traffic lights.  Turn right onto Donaghey Avenue.  At first traffic light turn left heading west on Prince Street.  Follow Prince Street completely through Conway and across bridge over river.  Just past bridge make a hard right before Toad Suck Convenience Store.  Turn right to pass under bridge and then left into Toad Suck Park.  Follow road to soccer fields at back.

Tyson Park Fields (Springdale)

From Interstate 40, take the Interstate 540 North exit (Exit 12), and go right (north) on Interstate 540 about 66 miles to the Highway 71 junction.  Take Highway 71 north about 5 miles to the Highway 412/Sunset Drive exit.  Go about ¾ mile to South 40th Street.  Go about a mile a 40th Street to Watkins Drive and turn right.  The fields are on the left.

UCA Fields (Conway)

From Interstate 40, take the Highway 286/UCA exit (Exit 129).  Go right (west) a couple of miles, over the railroad track overpass, and to the four-way stop at Donaghey Avenue (you will see the UCA sign at this intersection).  Turn right and take the next left into the parking lot for the fields.

Veterans Park Fields (Rogers)

From Interstate 40, take the Interstate 540 North exit (Exit 12), and go right (north) on Interstate 540 about 66 miles to the Highway 71 junction.  Take Highway 71 north to Rogers, and exit on the Highway 94/New Hope Road exit.  Go right (east) to the Highway 412/Sunset Drive exit.  Go about ¾ mile to South 40th Street.  Go about a mile a 40th Street to Watkins Drive and turn right.  The fields are on the left.

Westside "Y" (Henderson Middle School, Little Rock)

From Interstate 40, turn onto Interstate 430.  Turn onto Interstate 630, and exit on Barrow Rd.  (Exit 6B).  Go north through the light about 0.2 miles and turn right into the Henderson Middle School parking lot.  Fields surround the parking lot.
